David Wilder

David Wilder has extensive experience in data analysis, technical support, and software development, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently at Cloudera since August 2013, David has held various roles including Data Analyst, Technical Resolution Manager, and Customer Operations Engineer. Prior to Cloudera, David worked at IBM for nearly 18 years in multiple capacities such as AIX Build Automation Architect and Level 3 Technical Support, contributing to software defect fixes and system verification testing. David also served as Lead Build Architect at IBM Tivoli Software, where leadership and efficiency improvement in production code builds were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes support roles at Xerox Business Services and software development work for the University of Texas at Austin. David holds degrees from St. Edward's University and The University of Texas at Austin.
