George Appling has extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Chair and Coach at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., George supports small and medium-sized businesses globally. As Chairman of the Board for Knights of the Grail, George focuses on providing equine therapy for military veterans in Central Texas, incorporating unique Mounted Joust Games. With a passion for developing meaningful ventures, George has founded multiple successful businesses under Sherwood Forest Faire LLC, including a renaissance festival and a summer camp. Previously, George held key roles such as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at BoomCloud 360, and Chairman and CEO at Personal Communications Devices, where a major acquisition took place. George's earlier career includes positions at Booz & Company and Siemens, along with a strong foundation in consulting at McKinsey & Co. Educational credentials include an MBA and MPA from Harvard and a dual Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in Accounting and Political Science.
