Christopher Gadsby

Christopher Gadsby is a seasoned professional in facilities and asset management, currently serving as the Maintenance and Facilities Manager at Shetland Amenity Trust since July 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher acted as the Strategic Asset Manager for Shetland Islands Council from September 2018 to July 2023, overseeing operational and strategic project management and fire risk assessments. With extensive experience as a Co Director at GADSBY WIRRMANN PROJECTS LIMITED since March 2013, Christopher has also held positions as Project Manager for EnergySouth2East and District Heat Network Manager for Kent County Council. A qualified Prince2 Practitioner and NEBOSH certified, Christopher possesses a strong background in crisis management, compliance audits, and sustainability initiatives across various sectors including healthcare and local government.
