Dallas Hall is a seasoned Technical Account Manager with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently at SHI International Corp. since August 2024 and previously with Aptum, Dallas has demonstrated expertise in managing Azure customer relationships, planning upgrades, and ensuring compliance through regular audits. Prior to this, Dallas held various roles including Director of IT at AxisReplay, where technology initiatives were spearheaded, and Systems Security Engineer at ACI Worldwide, focusing on PCI compliance. With a foundational career as a System Administrator Technical Lead at Peer 1 Hosting and Cogeco Data Services, Dallas has cultivated a robust skill set in system administration, security practices, and customer support since beginning with a Technical Diploma from Eastside High School.
