Kapil Bansal

As Sr. Vice President of Hardware Solutions and Services, Kapil is responsible for leading SHI's overall hardware, advanced solutions, and managed workplace services strategies and execution. He also manages the custom hardware configuration work performed at Knox and Ridge integration centers.

A technology and business strategy veteran with deep experience in building distribution networks, sales strategies, and solution ecosystems that meet customer needs, Kapil came to SHI from Nokia, where he served in multiple roles across P&L ownership, strategic growth planning, customer delivery, and business transformation. After studying economics and engineering at Duke University, Kapil received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
