Lauren Monroy

Lauren Monroy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in internal communications, product management, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Internal Communications Manager and Product Team Manager at SHI International Corp. since August 2016, Lauren has successfully led product strategy, business analysis, and team development for the SHI One product, while also managing recruitment efforts at various organizational levels. Prior experience includes roles at Forcepoint LLC, GeoSearch Environmental Information, and Hamilton Southeastern High School, where Lauren contributed to administrative support, educational instruction, and diversity training. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
