Tom Melancon possesses extensive experience in sales and leadership development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, Sr. Director of Strategic Development, and Director of Leadership Development at SHI International Corp. since December 2010. Prior to this, Tom held various management roles, including Regional Sales Director and District Sales Manager, and also contributed as a Creator/Founder of Tom Melancon Music from 2006 to 2014. Early career experience includes training and leadership at Buca di Beppo from 2003 to 2010. Tom earned a BA in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin, where attendance spanned from 2001 to 2006, following a strong academic foundation at Strake Jesuit College Prep from 1997 to 2001.
