VP of Sales - Asia Pacific at Shibumi

Andrew Wiltshire began their career in 1998 as an Account Manager at Tech Pacific. Andrew then moved to Hewlett Packard as a Partner Business Manager in 2003. In 2006, they joined Oracle Corporation as a Channel Sales Manager. In 2007, they joined HP Software as a Director, Channels, Alliances & Commercial Sales - Information Management, APJ, and then as a Sales Director - Global Outsourcers and Systems Integrators in 2011. In 2018, they joined Shibumi as VP of Sales - Asia Pacific, and then as Global Marketing Leader in 2020. In this role, they led Shibumi's Global Marketing function, grew organic inbound lead volumes by more than 100% year-over-year, and grew traffic, awareness and best-in-class conversion rates that contributed significantly to the company's growth over the past two years. Andrew also took on the role of Director of Asia Pacific, where they were responsible for Shibumi's presence across Asia Pacific, including all staff, clients, and partners.

Andrew Wiltshire has a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University, which they started in 1995. In 2005, they completed a People Management course at the Australian Institute of Management. In 2010, they completed a Media Training course at Burson-Marsteller. In 2015, they completed courses in Leadership in 21st Century Organisations at the Copenhagen Business School and Design Thinking for Innovation at the University of Virginia.
