Heather Halliburton

Heather Halliburton is a seasoned professional in human resources and community partnerships, currently serving as Vice President at Shiel Sexton since October 2022. As the CEO and Founder of Wonderland Sleepovers, LLC, established in March 2019, Heather creates memorable sleepover experiences in Hamilton County and surrounding areas. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Experience at KAR Global and Vice President of Human Resources at TradeRev, a subsidiary of KAR Global. Heather also held executive HR positions at OurHealth, Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, OrthoIndy, and Hologic, demonstrating extensive expertise in human capital management and strategic HR initiatives. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
