Erin Parker

Erin Parker, SHRM-SCP, PHR, MSHRD, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Erin is currently serving as the Head of People Business Partners at Shield AI. Prior to this, Erin worked at Meta as a Sr. HR Business Partner, where they developed and executed people strategies for the growth and scaling of Messenger and Instagram Engineering and Product Management. At ADP, Erin served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, successfully operationalizing HR strategies for a client group of over 1600 employees. Erin also held a board position at Austin SHRM as the VP of Technology and was responsible for formulating technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Erin's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Management Consultant at Parma & Associates, Inc. and as a Human Resources Generalist II at Applied Materials. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development, employee engagement, data analysis, and HR program development.

Erin Parker, SHRM-SCP, PHR, MSHRD, holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from The University of Texas at Tyler Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Dallas. Erin has also obtained additional certifications such as the Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM. Erin has also completed the Leading Diverse Teams & Organizations program from the University of Michigan and is a Josh Bersin Academy Founding Member.
