Kaitlyn Lavin

Kaitlyn Lavin has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kaitlyn currently works at Shield AI as the Lead of Talent & Culture/Learning & Development, where they manage talent management programs and the employee engagement survey. Prior to this, they were a People Operations Manager at Argo AI. Kaitlyn also worked at Viatris as the Lead of Talent Development and at Mylan as the Lead Talent Specialist, among other roles. Before that, they had experience in human resources and customer service at Patterson-UTI Drilling Company LLC and Budd Baer Inc. respectively.

Kaitlyn Lavin completed their education at Miami University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech - Organizational Communications. Kaitlyn also participated in an international study abroad program at The University of Waikato in 2011, focusing on Management Communications and Marketing. Prior to their university education, they attended Chartiers-Houston High School from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Kaitlyn has obtained several certifications including Certified Employee Development from Harrison Assessments Int'l, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, Certified Strength Coach from Gallup, Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Master Trainer from ATD Dallas, Emotional Intelligence Level I Trainer from TalentSmart, and Client Practitioner, Insights Discovery from Insights.
