Gautam Sehgal

Gautam Sehgal has over 18 years of work experience in various industries. Gautam began their career in 2002 as a Business Consultant for multiple projects. In 2006, they joined Kingfisher Airlines as a Training Manager and won the Employer Branding Award for Excellence in Training in 2008 and 2009, as well as a Global HR Excellence Award at the 2009 Asia Pacific HRM Congress for Contribution to the Field of Global Training & Development. In 2010, they joined YES BANK as an Assistant Vice President of Talent Management, where they managed all learning initiatives and administration for the Bank's North and East Indian regions. In 2011, they became the General Manager of Learning & Development at ABC Consultants. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Bureau van Dijk - A Moody's Analytics Company, where they held the roles of Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, and Assistant Director. During this time, they built six and seven figure multi-year enterprise deals, and maintained the complete life-cycle of the sales process. In 2019, Gautam Sehgal joined Acuris Risk Intelligence as Director of Partnerships & Alliances, APAC, where they developed and implemented the regional strategy for partnership/channel sales, launched a global partnership sales framework, and identified and onboarded partners across a multiverse of industries. Later in 2019, they joined SHIELD as Director of Enterprise Relationships. In this role, they helped world-leading enterprises build trust and safety by stopping fraud and abuse.

Gautam Sehgal obtained a Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from the National Council of Hotel Management & Catering Nutrition, India between 1998 and 2002. Gautam then went on to pursue an Executive MBA in General Management from UBI Business School between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma - Green Belt certification.
