Himanshu Chandola

Himanshu Chandola has worked in the recruitment field for over 10 years. In 2011, they began their career as a Technical Recruitment Consultant at Access Infrastructure & Telecommunication Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment for a major semiconductor client. In 2014, they moved to RJT Compuquest as a Technical Recruiter, where they worked on contract and C2H positions. In 2016, Himanshu joined CrossTab IT Consulting as a Senior Recruiter, working at a client location for one of the biggest banking product companies. In 2017, they moved to Wissen Technology as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2018, Himanshu joined Rakuten India as a Lead - TA and Senior Specialist. In 2021, they moved to Practo as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. Most recently, in 2022, Himanshu joined SHIELD as a Technical Recruiting Manager.

Himanshu Chandola completed their B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Maharana Pratap Engineering College, Kanpur between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their XIIth from United Public School in 2006, studying Science.
