Tomer Shmul

Tomer Shmul is an experienced professional in the field of algorithms and computer vision, currently serving as Algorithms Lead at Shielda since December 2024. Previously, Tomer held multiple roles at Nanit, including Algorithms Team Leader and Computer Vision Algorithms Developer, from December 2020 to September 2024. Prior to that, Tomer worked as a Computer Vision Algorithms Developer at Kitov.ai and gained experience as a Sr. Board Designer and Board Designer at Mellanox Technologies from 2014 to 2018. Tomer's career began in the hardware sector as a HW Student at ELTA from August 2013 to July 2014. Tomer holds a Master of Science in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Image Processing from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
