Customer Operations Analyst at Shieldpay

Stephen Idowu has held various roles in the civil engineering and customer operations industries since 2016. In 2016, Stephen worked at Anglia Ruskin University as a Research and Computational Methods student. During this time, they researched ground improvement technology and developed ICT skills for information management and presentation. In 2017, Stephen worked as a Site Surveying student at Anglia Ruskin University. During this time, they captured and manipulated field data for horizontal control and detail acquisition, and gained experience using modern surveying equipment. In 2018, Stephen held two roles at Anglia Ruskin University; Project Management - Structural Mechanics and Design Technology in Civil Engineering. In the former role, they were responsible for managing a project for the modelling of a small-scale bridge. In the latter role, they worked on a hypothetical request from a client to carry out a preliminary transfer structure option study. In the same year, Stephen also worked at Aon as a Customer Operations Manager. In this role, they onboarded and settled in new clients, negotiated contracts with the client base, and was the first point of contact for clients to resolve day-to-day queries. In 2020, Stephen worked at the NHS as a Health Advisor. During this time, they managed calls from patients and healthcare professionals with both urgent and non-urgent healthcare needs, and produced data reports and logging with a high level of accuracy. In 2021, Stephen worked at Capita as a Civil Engineering Operations Manager. In this role, they worked regularly with councillors, clients, and residents to ensure their highways needs were met with tangible KPIs, identified project risks and proposed and implemented solutions, and maintained customer satisfaction through capable production processes. Currently, Stephen is working at Shieldpay as a Customer Operations Analyst.

Stephen Idowu is currently studying Civil Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University. Prior to this, they attended Croydon College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained A Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Before that, they attended Kingsdale Foundation School from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained GCSEs.
