Pamela Spangler

Pamela Spangler is currently the Director of Customer Care at Shields Health since March 2023. Prior to this role, Pamela served as Contact Center Manager at Automated Health Systems from February 2022 to March 2023. Pamela's extensive experience at Comcast includes positions as Sales Development Manager and Customer Care Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing sales teams, tactical planning, and the establishment of a new call center. Pamela holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Fisher College, completed between 2002 and 2005, and graduated from Wareham High School in 1997.
