Lauren Giarratano

Lauren Giarratano's work experience includes a role as an Operations team member at Shields Health Solutions starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PwC from 2019 to 2023, where they served as a Trust National People Team Ops Senior Associate, supporting the people function within the Trust sector. LAUREN analyzed reports, used HR software and technologies for communications and presentations, and worked with various tools and platforms such as Workday, Microsoft Office, Google, Power BI, Service Now, Excel, and Alteryx. Before PwC, Lauren was a Human Resources Coordinator and an Executive Concierge from 2021 to 2022. From 2011 to 2019, they held the role of Operations Manager at Premiere hair and makeup. LAUREN'searliest work experience was as a Beauty Advisor at Nordstrom from 2009 to 2011, where they focused on sales and customer service for a M.A.C cosmetics partner location.

Lauren Giarratano holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Pasco-Hernando State College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Human-Centered Design and Digital Acumen from PwC, in February 2020 and January 2020 respectively.
