Menai Edwards

Menai Edwards, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources Operations & Employee Experience at Sinai Health System, bringing extensive experience in various human resources roles. Previously, Menai held the position of System Director for Compensation/Benefits, Employee Health, and Employee and Labor Relations. Prior to this, Menai served as the Director of Human Resources at St. Bernard Hospital and was the Recruitment and Retention Leader at RML Specialty Hospital. Menai is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University.
