Nadia Celeste McNairn is currently the Lead Care Coordinator - Intake & Operations at Shift Collab, where Nadia Celeste supervises a team of five Care Coordinators and supports various client intake processes. Prior to this role, Nadia Celeste worked as a Care Coordinator, where Nadia Celeste conducted quality intake calls addressing various psychosocial challenges. Outside of their work at Shift Collab, Nadia is also the Co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of Amble Magazine, a publication for young people to collaborate on artwork exploring mental health. Nadia Celeste holds a degree in Addictions and Mental Health from Humber College and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Arts and Contemporary Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University.
