Rebecca Borchard

Rebecca Borchard is the Assistant Content Producer of SHIFT Movement Science, and is a FIG 2 Accredited WAG Coach, who currently lives and coaches in Sydney Australia.

She is originally from England, and was a competitive WAG Gymnast competing for her Club, County and Leeds Metropolitan University. Becky has her BA Honors Degree in Lens Based Media. She tries to make her office the beach whenever possible and enjoys doing Crossfit in her free time to stay fit.
