Ardian Kristanto

Ardian Kristanto's work experience begins with their role as a Team Lead Data Scientist at Shift Technology since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist for the company from June 2018 to October 2022. In this position, their responsibilities included helping insurance companies across Japan and Southeast Asia adopt Shift Technology's fraud detection and claim automation solutions. Ardian developed, tested, and optimized AI models for fraud detection and claim automation tasks. Ardian also collaborated closely with clients to customize Shift's solution.

Before joining Shift Technology, Ardian worked at Toshiba Lighting & Technology from November 2012 to July 2017 as a Product Development Engineer. In this role, they designed and developed smart lighting control systems for Toshiba Japan. Ardian demonstrated advanced technical skills in embedded system development, including software development in C and electronics design. Ardian executed the complete product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to support.

Ardian's work experience also includes an Engineering Internship at Chevron in 2011.

Ardian Kristanto completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2007 to 2012. Ardian then pursued a Masters of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) at NUS from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they hold a certification in Japan Electrician Class II from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
