Jessica Waters has a diverse work experience in the e-commerce industry. Jessica started their career at Joe Browns Ltd in 2015 as a Customer Care Advisor, where they gained valuable skills in customer relations and communication. In 2018, they were promoted to Marketplace Executive at the same company. In 2020, Jessica joined SHIFT - The Amazon Experts and started as a Strategy Partner. Jessica quickly progressed to the role of Senior Strategy Partner and is currently serving as Strategy Director. Jessica is known for delivering tailored solutions and driving conversions for their clients.
Jessica Waters completed their education at the University of Leeds, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2017 and a Master of Science degree in Cognitive Development and Disorders in 2018. Prior to their university studies, they attended Swallow Hill Community College from 2012 to 2014 where they obtained an A-Level qualification. In addition to their academic degrees, Jessica also holds certifications including a Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service and British Sign Language Level 1.
