LaRhonda Miller

LaRhonda Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. LaRhonda started their professional career as a Childcare Provider at Lasting Impressions Children's Center in 2003, where they worked until 2006. LaRhonda then joined Hearts & Hands Children's Center as a Childcare Provider and worked there until 2010.

In 2010, LaRhonda began their career in customer service and operations at HSA Home Warranty. LaRhonda held various roles including Authorization Associate, Training & Quality Assurance Specialist, Workforce Management Analyst, and Authorization Supervisor until 2016.

LaRhonda then joined American Home Shield as an Authorizations Supervisor and worked there until 2019. LaRhonda then moved to Fair.com in 2019 and served as a Senior Manager until 2022.

In 2022, LaRhonda joined Fair Technologies, where they held the position of Director of Sales. LaRhonda was responsible for managing sales operations and enablement. Later in the same year, they transitioned to the role of Director of Marketplace and Shopping Liaisons.

Most recently, in 2022, LaRhonda joined Shift as the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement, continuing their expertise in sales management and operations.

Prior to that, they attended Madison Area Technical College from 2002 to 2003, majoring in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies without obtaining a degree. LaRhonda completed their high school education at Wisconsin Heights High School from 1998 to 2002 and earned their High School Diploma.

In addition to their formal education, LaRhonda has obtained several certifications. LaRhonda completed the "Building Online Communities" certification from LinkedIn in May 2021. LaRhonda also completed the "Social Media Monitoring: Strategies and Skills" certification from LinkedIn in the same month and year. LaRhonda obtained a certification in "Social Media Marketing" from HubSpot Academy, although the month and year of completion are not specified.
