Scott Hodgdon

Scott Hodgdon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Scott currently serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Shift since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, Securities & Governance, and Corporate Secretary at Fisker Inc from March 2021 to February 2023.

Scott has also worked at Boston Scientific, where they were the Senior Managing Counsel, Securities and Governance, and Assistant Secretary from October 2018 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Senior Director, Corporate & Securities Counsel at NETSCOUT from August 2016 to October 2018.
