Customer Service Ambassador at Shift

Willow Wu has work experience in various industries. In 2019, they worked as an Apprentice Carpenter at BroadHead Construction, where they performed a range of tasks including labor, painting, drilling holes, and fixing things. In 2020, they joined PlayStation as a QA Blackbox Engineer, contributing to the quality assurance process. Later in the same year, they became a Customer Service Ambassador at Shift, where they currently work.

Willow Wu completed their high school education at Analy High School from 2012 to 2016, earning a High School Diploma. In 2019, they enrolled in Year Up and obtained a QA certification in Computer Science in 2020. Willow also received additional certifications such as "BUS 101: Business Writing I," "BUS 102: Business Writing II," "CIS 101: Introduction to Computer Applications," "CIS 102: Advanced Excel," "CIS 202: Operating Systems," "COM 150: Public Speaking," and "Programming Foundations: Algorithms," obtained in February 2020 from Year Up and LinkedIn.
