Ilya Dubinsky

Ilya Dubinsky is an accomplished professional with significant experience in technology and financial services. Currently serving as the VP of the CTO Office at Shift4, Ilya has also held the role of Head of Delegation for Israel at the ISO Technical Committee 68 (TC68) Financial Services. Additionally, Ilya contributes as a Guest Lecturer at the Holon Institute of Technology and as a Contributor to the Berin Group NextGenPSD2 API Taskforce. Previously, Ilya served in a similar capacity at Finaro, which was acquired by Shift4. Ilya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
