Javier Silva

Javier Silva serves as the General Manager for Mexico, Chile, and Peru at Shift4 since January 2025, where responsibilities include expanding the company's footprint across Latin America. Prior to this role, Javier was the General Manager at Liquido from August 2023 until its acquisition by Shift4, successfully launching and growing operations in Chile. Previous positions at Uber included Senior Strategy & Planning Manager for the Southern Cone, where strategic leadership in customer experience was paramount, and earlier roles involved managing operations and customer service in Chile. Javier is also the founder of Seven Sports SpA, an e-commerce platform in the health and fitness sector, and has held operational leadership roles at Dessa Comercial S.A.
