At Harbortouch since April 2014, Richard has contributed to the company's status as a leading supplier of POS systems and credit card processing solutions, serving nearly 180,000 business locations across the United States. Prior to Harbortouch, Richard held a similar position at Merchant Services Inc. from September 1999 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing a substantial volume of credit card processing transactions before the company was acquired by Harbortouch. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kean University, earned between 1983 and 1988.
