Sam Novello

Sam Novello is currently the Vice President Legal at Shift5 since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the DoD Associate Deputy General Counsel at Pentagon, US Department of Defense for over a decade. Before that, they were an Associate Counsel at Naval Sea Systems Command and Military Sealift Command, where they provided legal counsel on various programs and projects. Sam Novello holds an LL.M in Government Contracting from The George Washington University Law School and has undergone training at the Federal Executive Institute and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
