Dominique Curtin is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of People & Talent at ShiftMed since November 2016. With a strategic approach, Dominique is instrumental in building high-impact workforce solutions that align with the mission to transform healthcare staffing. Previously, Dominique held roles such as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Director of Recruiting at ShiftMed, successfully scaling the workforce from 20 to over 450 employees. Prior experience includes positions at Mother & Baby Matters, Inc. as Marketing & Recruiting Director, and East Coast Saloons as Director of Marketing and Events, among others. Dominique holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from George Mason University.
