Young Song

Young Song is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development, backend infrastructure, and product analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Shiftsmart since August 2022, Young previously held similar senior roles at SkillMagic and Keet Health, where responsibilities included implementing machine learning features and leading backend and mobile engineering teams. Young's experience also encompasses overseeing the development of a clinical dashboard, managing data delivery for reporting pipelines, and coordinating mobile application lifecycles at various startups. Young began a career in IT with a focus on web development and system maintenance at the University Co-op. Young holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
