Hay Caspi is currently the Head of Security at Shikun & Binui. Previously, Hay worked as a Security Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel and Israel Police. With a Bachelor's degree in History & Middle East from The Open University of Israel, Hay has experience in managing security teams and conducting intelligence operations.
