Dr Ganesh is having 22 years of reach Research experience in Pharmaceutical R & D. He is technically-inclined and highly analytical professional having worked with eminent organizations including FTF Pharma Pvt Ltd (Group companies of Shilpa Medicare), Par Pharma (Endo), Ferring Pharma, Getz Pharma Research, Inventia Healthcare (Themis), Tokyo University (Japan) and Dr. Reddy's Lab. He has completed his Ph D (Tech) from Institute of Chemical Technology (Formerly UDCT) with Gold Medal and Post-doctoral research from Tokyo University of Science, Japan. He is proficient leader with extensive expertise and passion for delivering complex products in OSD, Injectables, Ophthalmic and Transdermal DDS including Nanotech DDS. He has filed 200+ ANDAs (ANDA for US, Dossier for EU) for OSD (ER , CR, MR Tablets & capsules, Trilayer/ Bilayer CR Tablets), Sterile dosage forms like simple, complex injections, Ophthalmic, Transdermal etc., Oral peptide / macromolecules delivery, Bio enhancement with New Technologies like Nanoemulsions, Nanoparticles, SMEDDS, Lyophilised ODTs etc. He has excellent expertise on FTF and 505 B2 applications. He has filed more than 30 patents on Innovation and new technologies in drug delivery systems, published 15 research papers in eminent journals, presented > 25 research articles in various national and international conferences and delivered several seminars in various forums. He has worked in various R & D s including Denmark & Japan. He has demonstrated success in setting-up Global Formulation Development laboratories and US FDA approved plants in several organizations with record time.
