Vice President Operations - Isotopes at SHINE Technologies

Tim Reuter has a extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tim started their career as a Design Engineer at Decrane Aerospace Corporation in 2001. Afterwards, they worked as a Design Engineer at Wabash National, specializing in designing products for the Food and Dairy industries. At Lyco Manufacturing, they served as a Technical Sales Engineer, Area Sales Manager, and was responsible for guiding designs, layouts, and P&ID drawings while managing potential sales projects in the food processing machinery industry. Tim then took on roles at Sani-Matic, Inc., where they served as an Application Engineering Manager, Director of Operations, and eventually as Vice President of Operations. Tim'sresponsibilities included leadership in Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities/Safety, and Manufacturing Engineering. Tim successfully implemented process management through the Quality System and led Lean management projects for continuous improvement. Later, Tim served as the President of Simply Manufacturing, Inc., where they directed all business operations. Tim also ran their own business as an Independent Business Owner at Sanitary Processing Products LLC. Currently, Tim is working at SHINE Technologies as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing the Systems & Therapeutics division.

Tim Reuter has pursued continuing coursework in Accounting and Finance at the Wisconsin School of Business. Tim has also obtained an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. In addition, Tim has received certifications in Lean Methodologies and Principles Training from Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company, as well as Sales Advantage Training from Dale Carnegie Training.
