Rick Slaugh Sr

Rick Slaugh has extensive experience in the automation and industrial sectors, highlighted by a tenure as President of Shingle & Gibb Automation since November 2012. Under Rick's leadership, the company, founded in 1933, has focused on growth and maintaining core values while successfully tripling sales and profits from 2008 to 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior roles include Branch Manager at WESCO Distribution and Sales Manager at CCA Wesco, along with significant sales and management experience at HPI, Power/mation, Emerson Electric Co., Components Marketing Associates, and Red Lion Controls. Rick's early career was shaped at Red Lion Controls, where foundational skills in manufacturing and engineering were developed.
