Mohamed El-Gendy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and engineering within the biomedical sector. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Shiny White Dental Centers since March 2023, Mohamed has previously held roles such as Aftersales and Technical Support Manager and Service and Application Engineer at International Biomedical Group from January 2018 to April 2023. With foundational experience as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Medi-Tech Trading and various positions in sales and project engineering, Mohamed has developed a robust skill set in technical support and sales for medical devices.
