Brad Mills

Brad Mills has a diverse work experience. Brad is currently working as an IT Lab Manager at Shinydocs since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, from September 2016 to August 2022. Before joining NAVBLUE, Brad was a Helpdesk Analyst at D2L from September 2014 to September 2016.

Brad Mills attended triOS College Business Technology Healthcare from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology Professional with a field of study in Information Technology.

In addition to their degree, Brad Mills obtained several certifications. In September 2014, they obtained the MCSA: Windows 7 certification from Microsoft. Also in September 2014, they obtained the Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician certification from Microsoft. In July 2014, they obtained the Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration certification from Microsoft. In June 2014, they obtained the Windows 7, Configuration certification from Microsoft. In May 2014, Brad obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA, and in April 2014, they obtained the A+ certification, also from CompTIA. Lastly, in September 2013, Brad obtained the Network+ certification from CompTIA.
