Sarah Plantz

Sarah Plantz has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as an English Language Teacher at NOVA Japan. Sarah then joined SEPHORA in 2009 and held various roles including Colour Consultant, Colour Lead, Education Manager, Client Experience and Operations Manager, and Client Experience Manager. In these roles, they focused on customer service, talent development, and improving customer experience metrics. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Business Development Representative at Shinydocs, where they help drive business results by connecting and analyzing data.

Sarah Plantz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre in Education from Brock University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp from Women in Tech Sales (WITS) in April 2022.
