Francesca Flora has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. francesca began their career with an internship at Caaf Fenapi in 2008 as a Stageur Communication. francesca then joined MSD Italia S.r.l. in 2010 as an HR Generalist, where they provided support for various HR activities such as training coordination, recruitment, and performance evaluation. After two years, Francesca joined MSD as an HR Service Partner in 2012, where they continued to contribute their expertise in HR services. In 2013, they transitioned to MSD Italia and served as an HR Generalist until 2018. During this time, they played a crucial role in talent acquisition, university relationship management, and training coordination. Currently, Francesca works at Shionogi Inc. as a Senior HR Business Partner in Italy, a position they have held since October 2022.
