Joe Frates

Joe Frates has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, primarily in compensation and benefits. Joe started their career at Mars Inc., where they worked in various roles within the HR department for 14 years. Following that, they worked as the Director of Benefits at MedPointe Pharmaceuticals for 4 years. Joe then joined ACS as an SBU Director for a year before moving to Par Pharmaceutical as the Director of Compensation & Benefits.
