Carlos Castañeda

Carlos Casta is an experienced professional in project and bid management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Bid Manager and Project Manager at Orange since September 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire bid lifecycle for various tenders and ensuring quality and compliance.
