Kirby Sanford has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Server at Catering Connection, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, Kirby joined ShipHawk as a Customer Success Intern and later transitioned to a Technical Support Associate role in December of the same year. Kirby then progressed to become a Technical Customer Success Manager in September 2020. Kirby continued to grow within the company and was promoted to the role of Technical Support Engineer, Team Lead in April 2021. Currently, Kirby is serving as a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer and Team Lead at ShipHawk, starting in July 2022.
Kirby Sanford completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University Channel Islands, from 2017 to 2020. Before that, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences, General with a focus on Mathematics at Santa Barbara City College. Kirby also obtained additional certifications, such as Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in December 2020, and Business Strategy Game Industry-Champion from McGraw Hill in June 2020.
