Tomás Touceda

Tomás Touceda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tomás began their career as a Developer at Gentoo Linux in 2010 before moving to The Tor Project, Inc. as a Developer in 2010. Tomás then joined Universidad Nacional del Sur as a Senior Developer at Imaging Science Lab, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they became a C++/iOS Developer at Globant. Tomás then joined LEAP in 2013 as a Senior Developer before transitioning to SpiderOak as a Privacy Officer from 2013 to 2017. Tomás eventually became the Director of Engineering at SpiderOak from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Engineering at ShipHero. In 2021, Tomás joined Fleet Device Management as an Engineering Manager and later became a Software Engineer. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering at ShipHero since 2023.

Tomás Touceda completed their Licenciatura in Computer Science at Universidad Nacional del Sur from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a TOEFL certification from the Educational Testing Service in July 2005.
