Carol Howard

Carol Howard has over 25 years of work experience. Carol began their career in 1995 as a Branch Manager/Sales Manager at Abigail Abbott Staffing Services, where they managed day-to-day operations, budgets, sales, and recruiting. In 2009, they became the Sales Manager at C & L Refrigeration, where they managed a staff of five to six inside sales reps and five outside reps for all of Southern California and Clark County Nevada. In 2011, they took on two roles, becoming a Business Development Rep at USI Insurance Services and a Regional Director at Activate Staffing. In 2012, they became a Sr. Corporate Recruiter at TransFirst Merchant Services and in 2015, they became a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Evisions Inc. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Lead Talent & People Partner at Shipium.

Carol Howard attended Orange Coast College.
