Ioana Cezara Ciobanu, CF APMP, is a seasoned proposal writing consultant currently working with Shipley Associates, specializing in Microsoft's Proposal Center of Excellence and Microsoft Services since January 2021. With prior experience at Microsoft from June 2017 to December 2020 as a proposal writer, Ioana developed high-quality bid and proposal documents, managed proposal teams, and maintained a repository of reusable content. Previous roles include a copy editor for Oracle's Sales and Partner Academy and a global content manager at Oracle Romania, along with positions in content management and web copywriting. Ioana holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
