Leslie Coley, AF.APMP, is a highly experienced proposal consultant with extensive expertise in full life-cycle proposal development and graphic design. Currently serving as a Proposal Consultant at Shipley Associates since April 2015, Leslie coordinates complex proposals, collaborating with various departments and partners. As President of Proposal Masters since 2009, Leslie has over 20 years of experience across government contracting, consulting, and nonprofit sectors.
