Sarah Kettenmann

Sarah Kettenmann is an experienced Environmental Attorney currently practicing at Shipman & Goodwin LLP since March 2023, and previously at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. from September 2015 to March 2023. Kettenmann specializes in guiding corporate clients through enforcement actions related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), OSHA, and FIFRA, with a strong focus on TSCA import and export requirements and the revised TSCA under the 2016 Lautenberg Chemical Safety Act. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Connecticut Supreme Court and various roles in environmental legal settings, including as a Teaching Assistant at Yale University and Research Associate at the Environmental Law Institute. Kettenmann holds a Master's degree from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Chinese from Carleton College.
