Miguel Fajardo is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in eCommerce order fulfillment and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at ShipMonk since September 2016, Miguel has held various titles including Florida Site Lead and Inbound Inventory Manager, contributing to the company's innovative approach to inventory management for startups and SMBs. Prior experience includes a Warehouse Manager role at Nobu Eden Roc Hotel Miami Beach, as well as leadership positions at Toys R Us Mt. Olive Distribution Center, overseeing outbound and inbound departments.
