Anton Susilo

Anton Susilo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anton currently works as a Senior Business Development Consultant at RePal Pallets since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager of Key Account Management at Shipper, where they were responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, delivering solutions based on customer needs, and developing new business with existing clients.

Before joining Shipper, Anton held the position of Sales Marketing Senior Manager at Lucas Oil Products from February 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they managed distributors, improved sales effectiveness, developed promotional strategies, and managed a team.

Anton also worked as a Commercial Manager at Knight Frank from February 2017 to February 2019, as a Sales Marketing Manager at PT Citra Intirama from June 2015 to February 2017, and as a Senior CPO at Citibank N.A from June 2008 to January 2015, where they had responsibilities in customer service, call center, sales, and service division operations.

Additionally, Anton has held positions as a Senior Sales and Marketing professional at Master Wovenindo Label PT and as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at PT. Akasha Wira International, Tbk.

Throughout their career, Anton has demonstrated their expertise in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, and team management.

Anton Susilo holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information System from STIE Y.A.I. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Sales & Marketing Development from PT. Citra Intirama in February 2016, Risk Management, Sales Achievement Performance, Fraud Training Academy, and Top Performing Award from Citi in various years between 2009 and 2013. Anton also obtained the Assosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia - AAJI certification from Citi in November 2010 and Service of Excellence from Citi in May 2010.
