Sheren Novita Ara

Sheren Novita Ara has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2022, they worked as an Admin Staff (Accounting & Tax) at CV Mitra Andalan Sejahtera, where their responsibilities included inputting bank mutation data, organizing and managing journal data, and preparing company tax documents. In 2023, they joined Perkumpulan Sosial Ekonomi Akselerator Lab as a Quality Assurance Officer. Sheren then worked at Creew Indonesia as a Partnership Officer, where they established communication with stakeholders, ensured the alignment of cooperation agreements, and collaborated with the social media team for publication schedules with media partners. Sheren also worked at How's Life | Mental Health Support as a Human Resources Officer, where they conducted performance assessments, managed recruitment processes, and conducted candidate interviews. Currently, they are employed at Shipper as a People Partner Operations.

Sheren Novita Ara is currently pursuing a Gelar Sarjana degree in Ilmu Manajemen from Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, with an expected completion date in 2024. In addition to their undergraduate studies, they participated in the Start-Up Business Incubation Program at Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2021.

Sheren has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2023, they received the AWS Academy Cloud Foundations certificate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as the Certified Excel Training certificate from Udemy. In 2021, they obtained the Certificate of English Studies Course 2 from Kampung Inggris Bandung | E-PLC and the Digital Marketing Fundamentals Certificate from Google Digital Garage. Sheren also acquired the Certificate of English Studies Course 1 from Kampung Inggris Bandung | E-PLC in 2021.
